Finding your sweet spot

Your “sweet spot” is anchored and built upon strengths , not weaknesses and assisted (concretized) by core competencies, your personal, guiding values aligned with your calling (your internal navigation system).

Every tennis racket swung by the pros at Wimbledon has a "sweet spot" -- a point on its face between the middle and tip that propels the ball with more power and less vibration to the hands.

A sweet spot is the area of the racket string bed that produces the most power, the best sound and feeling, and the least vibration when you hit on it. It is normally located between around the center of the string bed, but not directly in the middle though.

Alternatively, the sweet spot of a tennis racquet can be defined as the impact point that minimizes the impulsive forces transmitted to the hand.

The challenge is to unleash the power of sweet spot by reducing the impact of emotions (loosen strings) on one side and also the energy (tighter strings) from unknown barriers on the other side so that the impulsive behavior (a behavior that is not decisive, laser focused and clear headed) is minimized.

You can generate and exercise more power by becoming aware of your best self, Internal synergies, the skills that you need to focus on to improve your growth competencies, your strengths and with 360° of the same to create new opportunities.

You WIN the game of personal or professional life (tennis) by learning to leading with strengths and competencies with decisive, laser focused and clear headed action and create an impactful behavior (Winning shot). Remember your “sweet spot” is anchored and built upon strengths , not weaknesses and assisted (concretized) by core competencies, your personal, guiding values aligned with your calling (your internal navigation system).
